Are you passionate about delivering top-tier software quality and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, global environment? We are currently sourcing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer. This is an urgent requirement to work on innovative projects within a hybrid setup in Bangalore. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of testing experience, with strong automation and data validation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing of dashboards, reports, APIs, and databases to verify data accuracy, integrity, and transformation logic.
- Craft complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and backend testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects efficiently.
- Build and optimize automated workflows for functional, regression, and API testing, integrating AI tools when applicable.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- Proven experience in test automation using Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, or similar tools.




- Robust knowledge of AI-assisted automation and generative AI tools for optimizing test scripts.
- Hands-on experience in dashboard, report, and API testing.
- Expertise in database testing and ETL validation, with proficient SQL skills.
- Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills

- Experience with Jira, GitLab, and other test management or DevOps tools.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integrations.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Experience working with Snowflake DB.

Preferred Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant testing experience, with a focus on automation and data validation.

Additional Requirements

- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model).
- Contract duration: 6+ months, with possibility of extension.
