About the Role

We are looking for a Software Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Educational ERP software used by Universities. The candidate will work closely with developers and the product team to test new features, identify bugs, and ensure smooth releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes developed by the development team.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Perform end-to-end testing of ERP workflows.
- Re-test fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Validate UI, business logic, data, and user roles/permissions.
- Perform basic SQL/database testing.




- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.

Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of Manual Testing, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience in testing ASP.NET Framework web applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with Jira/Bug Tracking tools.
- Knowledge of API Testing/Postman is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP or Educational software is a plus.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Objective: To ensure every feature released in our Educational ERP is secure, accurate, user-friendly, and meets business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
