We are looking for a Software Sales Executive to join our team and help businesses find the right software solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with clients, have an interest in technology, and be confident in explaining software products and converting business opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business customers and introduce them to Tender247’s software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and explain how our products can support their business.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to interested customers.
- Discuss subscription plans, pricing, and product benefits with prospects.
- Manage customer conversations from initial enquiry to successful subscription.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update customer information.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Software Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in selling SaaS products, software subscriptions, or IT solutions is preferred.
- Positive understanding of sales processes and customer requirements.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong product presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in an office-based sales environment.
