Role Description The Software Intern role at Autom8AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. The intern will support the engineering team by contributing to software development tasks, including coding features, fixing bugs, and improving existing modules under guidance. Daily responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, assisting with database integration, participating in software design discussions, and executing tests to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Programming and Software Development, with familiarity in at least one modern programming language.
- Understanding of Databases and basic concepts of data modeling and querying.
- Knowledge of Software Design principles and ability to work with structured architectures.
- Basic experience with Testing, debugging, and quality assurance practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and an interest in AI, automation, or cloud-based technologies is a plus.
