Responsibilities

- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality meets specifications

- Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories

- Design and implement automated test scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing

- Identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed and actionable reports to development teams

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

- Work closely with developers to facilitate timely resolution of issues and ensure high-quality releases.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools





- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of testing processes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 2-4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with proficiency in both manual and automated testing

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)

- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

- Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills

- ISTQB or similar certification

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
