About the Role

Akasa Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and innovative Software Engineer / Software Developer with strong AI experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development and should already be working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI-based applications.

Candidates from reputed/good technology companies with strong technical exposure are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML-based solutions into business and product applications.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI automation as applicable.
- Build and optimize backend/frontend applications based on business requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, and software systems.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and software development practices.

Required Skills





- 3–4 years of professional experience in Software Development/Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or relevant technologies.
- Practical experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software development principles.
- Experience with Git/version control and cloud technologies is preferred.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working on AI-driven software/products/projects.
- Candidates from reputed technology/product companies are preferred.
- Strong hands-on development experience rather than purely theoretical AI knowledge.
- Ability to independently develop and implement AI-based solutions.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Master's degree in a relevant technology field will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on software developer who combines strong coding skills with practical, real-world AI experience. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
