Role Overview:

The Full Stack Developer is a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end digital solutions across frontend and backend platforms, with a specialisation in Zoho CRM customisation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM Development & Customisation:

- Design, implement, and maintain custom Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.
- Build and manage custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems using Zoho APIs and REST-based integrations.

Backend Development:

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and webhook-based integrations.




- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Frontend Development:

- Build responsive applications using React or Next.js with TypeScript.
- Implement state management, component architecture, and performance optimisation.

Engineering Excellence:

- Write clean, well-tested code and promote a culture of peer review.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.

Tech Stack:
