- Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 take-home
- Depends on last drawn salary and years of experience
We are looking for candidates with extremely excellent communication skills for a Soft Collections & Customer Service process.

- Soft collections / payment follow-up
- Active listening and problem-solving
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
