About ZenQB

ZenQB is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed to help students practice previous-year question papers, identify important/repeated questions, generate practice papers and get AI-powered explanations.

Our current focus is school and college students in Kerala.

We are looking for a creative, energetic person who understands Kerala student culture, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Malayalam + English content and student communities.

This is not a traditional corporate social-media role. We want someone who can actually think like a student and create content students will want to watch and share.

? What You'll Do

Content Creation

Create engaging short-form content for:

- Instagram Reels

- YouTube Shorts

- Facebook

- Instagram Stories

Content ideas include
- ? Repeated exam questions
- ? Previous-year question paper content
- ? "Can you solve this?" challenges
- ? Student/exam memes
- ⏰ Last-minute exam preparation
- ? Study hacks
- ? Important questions before exams
- ? Demonstrations of ZenQB's AI features
- ? Student challenges/competitions
- Malayalam + English educational content

Student Growth Help ZenQB reach students through:
- Instagram

- WhatsApp student communities

- Telegram groups

- College/school communities

- Student ambassadors

- Relevant Kerala education communities

You should constantly think "How can we get more Kerala students to discover and actually use ZenQB?"

Must Have

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels
- Ability to create short-form educational content

- Good Canva/video editing skills
- Understanding of Instagram/YouTube algorithms

- Good English communication
- Comfortable creating Malayalam + English content
- Understanding of Kerala student culture
- Ability to identify trending formats/memes

- Creative thinking

- Basic analytics understanding

Nice to Have
- CapCut experience

- Canva Pro

- Experience managing Instagram pages





- Experience with EdTech/education brands

- Experience with student communities

- Experience running Instagram/Meta ads

- Existing Kerala student network

- Experience with YouTube Shorts

? Compensation

₹7,000–₹12,000/month initially, depending on skills and experience.

We are open to increasing the compensation based on measurable results.

Performance incentives may also be provided for successful user acquisition and campaigns.

Before committing to a monthly engagement, we'll run a 7-day paid trial.

During the trial, you will create:

At least
- 2 should use Malayalam + English
- 1 should be primarily Malayalam
- 1 should be a meme/trending format
- 1 should demonstrate ZenQB

Also provide 5 Instagram Story ideas and A simple 30-day content plan for ZenQB.
