About the Role

AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh is looking for an experienced and motivated Soft Skill Trainer to deliver training to candidates enrolled under skill development projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in soft skills training and preferably have worked on JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society) projects or similar government skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom sessions on Soft Skills, Communication Skills and Employability Skills.
- Train candidates in:
- Spoken English & effective communication
- Personality development
- Interview preparation & mock interviews
- Workplace etiquette and professional behavior
- Teamwork, leadership and problem-solving
- Time management and workplace discipline
- Resume writing and job-readiness skills
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based training sessions.
- Assess trainee learning and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the center management and placement team for trainee readiness.
- Support trainees during placement activities, interviews and other employability initiatives.
- Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed project curriculum and guidelines.

Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.




- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Soft Skill/Employability/Communication Skills Trainer.
- Candidates with experience in JSDMS projects will be given preference.
- Experience in other Government Skill Development projects such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Positive command of Hindi and English communication.
- Strong presentation, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates willing to work in a residential skill development center are preferred.

- Have hands-on experience in the same profile.
- Have previously worked as a trainer under JSDMS projects.
- Understand skill development project processes and trainee management.
- Can independently handle classroom training and trainee engagement.
- Are comfortable working at a residential skill development center.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
