Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Srinagar, offered in a hybrid model with some flexibility to work from home. The specialist will manage daily social media activities, including planning and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include creating engaging visual and written content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to grow audience reach and engagement. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to support broader digital marketing initiatives, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders for content inputs, and staying informed about trends in travel and adventure.



The specialist will be expected to respond to community interactions, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to campaign reporting and insights.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Solid Social Media Content Creation abilities, including copywriting, basic design or use of design tools, and storytelling tailored to travel and adventure audiences.
- Core Marketing and Communication skills, including audience segmentation, brand positioning, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members in Srinagar and remotely.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, adventure, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple social media initiatives simultaneously.
