Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s presence across social media platforms, with a focus on showcasing the salon’s creative work and brand story. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and publishing content, creating engaging posts and short-form videos, responding to comments and messages, and interacting with the online community.

The role also involves coordinating digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the salon team to capture content that reflects current trends, services, and client experiences.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close alignment with the salon’s daily activities and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns and optimizing performance across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars, crafting compelling copy, and developing visually appealing posts and videos.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences, respond professionally to inquiries, and collaborate effectively with the salon team.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic photo and video editing, familiarity with analytics tools, understanding of beauty and fashion trends, and prior experience in salon, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
