Social Media Marketing Executive (SMM Executive)

Location: Mohali, Punjab – On-site

Job Summary The ideal candidate should have practical experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, social media strategy, and performance analysis across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies based on client goals and target audiences.
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for posts, creatives, reels, and short-form content.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and social media content.
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify current content opportunities.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and best practices.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and other KPIs.
- Suggest new content ideas and strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.




- Knowledge of social media content planning and strategy.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, engagement strategies, and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas.
- Strong coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience handling multiple client social media accounts.
- Have worked with a Digital Marketing or IT agency.
- Have experience in B2B and B2C social media marketing.
- Have practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, LinkedIn, and social media analytics tools.
- Have experience managing Reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
- Can join immediately or within 1 week.
