Established in 1985, Bawa Polymers is a manufacturer of insulating varnishes, wire enamels, and impregnating resins for the electrical industry. We serve customers across motor, transformer, pump, generator, and other industrial electrical applications.

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to strengthen our digital presence and help us communicate our products, applications, and industry expertise through engaging digital content.

Role Overview The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting and growing Bawa Polymers' presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

The role has a strong focus on AI-assisted content creation. You will use modern AI, design, and editing tools to create professional social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Use AI tools to support image generation, video creation, editing, and content development.
- Develop technical and B2B industry-focused content for LinkedIn.
- Adapt content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Write clear and engaging captions.
- Maintain a consistent social media content calendar and posting schedule.
- Track engagement, reach, and other content performance metrics.
- Engage with relevant industry pages, companies, and professional accounts.
- Research social media trends and new AI content creation tools.
- Generate fresh content ideas to strengthen Bawa Polymers' digital presence.





Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media content.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to create clean and qualified content.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn about technical and industrial products.

Prior experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, electrical products, or industrial content creation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Internship Details

Location: On-site

Internship Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: Starting from Rs. 10,000 per month. Higher compensation may be offered based on the quality and quantity of work delivered.
