About the Role

Izago Immigration Advisors is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and lead generation, preferably with experience in the immigration, visa, overseas education, travel, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage Izago’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including reels, posts, carousels, stories, and videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Create content around Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Schengen, Job Seeker Visas, and other immigration services.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement, and online community interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads,



and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and generate quality leads through social media.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
- Manage social media campaigns and support paid marketing activities when required.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, communication, and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in the immigration/visa consultancy industry will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of reels, content trends, hashtags, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to understand audience behaviour and create engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,361.95 - ₹35,209.70 per month
