About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence, build brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in social media management, content strategy, influencer marketing, paid advertising, and campaign management across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company and brand objectives.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content ideas that increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and other internal teams for content production.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, hashtags, trending formats, and audience behavior.
- Manage influencer marketing and creator collaborations, including identifying influencers, negotiating collaborations, coordinating campaigns, and tracking results.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid digital marketing campaigns where required.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop social media campaigns for both Indian and international audiences, where applicable.
- Manage communication and engagement with followers, customers, influencers, and online communities.




- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, advertising platforms, content trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Excellent content planning and social media strategy skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic creative/content tools will be an advantage.
- Experience working with international/USA audiences or brands will be an added advantage.
