About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead Eva Bharat’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and driving brand awareness and audience growth. This role requires a strong combination of creativity, strategic thinking, communication skills, and execution.

Key Responsibilties

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Eva Bharat’s brand and business goals
- Own the end-to-end social media content calendar, from ideation to publishing
- Lead content creation including concepts, scripting, captions, reels, posts, and campaign content
- Manage Eva Bharat’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages and ensure timely responses
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging content formats to identify growth opportunities




- Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and use insights to improve content strategy
- Collaborate with HR, Design, and other teams to create content around company culture, employer branding, hiring, and organizational initiatives
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram and their content ecosystems
- Proven ability to create engaging and brand-aligned social media content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple content timelines and campaigns
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
