Role Description The Social Media Manager role at High On Marketing is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement, and managing day-to-day channel activities.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with design and content teams, engaging with online communities,



responding to comments and inquiries, and staying updated on social media trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles; agency experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Awareness of current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.
