Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ramnagar.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Foodsbay India’s organic products and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and managing community interactions such as comments, messages, and customer queries. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and implementing social media optimization strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Manager will also stay current with social media trends and best practices in the food and organic products industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for brand growth and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop and deliver consistent, high-quality social media content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, community management, and coordination with internal teams.
- Relevant experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, preferably in food, FMCG, or organic products.
- Ability to interpret analytics, use social media management tools, and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in office in Ramnagar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
