We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage daily content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and creative campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media reach.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual and written content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video-editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
