Job Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies for real estate properties and services.
- Create engaging social media content, including creatives, short videos, reels, and posts.
- Manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, industry discussions, competitor activities, and trending content.
- Schedule and publish social media posts consistently and on time.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and content ideas for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support the creation of graphics, images, videos, reels, and other visual assets.
- Develop creative content ideas specifically suited to the real estate audience.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and assist in optimizing future content and campaigns.




- Stay updated with Instagram and other social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and trending content ideas.
- Positive understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic designing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry will be an added advantage.
