Dr. Paul's Advanced Hair & Skin Solutions is looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.




- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners to enhance brand reach.
- Guide and support junior social media executives when required.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management (Agency or In-house).
- Strong experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and content marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
