Role Description As a Social Media Manager at DIGITAL FRY • Digital Marketing | Social Media Marketing, you will manage and grow client social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. In this full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. You will collaborate with the design, content,



and performance marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Daily tasks include community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking trends, preparing performance reports, and suggesting new ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction. You will also participate in campaign brainstorming, support paid social initiatives, and maintain an organized content calendar for multiple clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy and produce clear, engaging Writing tailored to digital audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting ideas, and engaging with online communities.
- Experience using social media analytics tools, basic knowledge of paid social campaigns, and familiarity with current digital marketing trends.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple brand accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in social media or digital marketing; a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur with cross-functional creative and performance marketing teams.
