We are a real estate company looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to design engaging visual content and manage our brand's presence across digital platforms, including our company website. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of digital marketing and social media trends, and is comfortable creating property listings, project launch creatives, and promotional content for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and design high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns
- Design creatives for property listings, project launches, brochures, and other real estate marketing collateral
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across all digital and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Manage and update the company website — including content, images, banners, and product/service pages — to keep it accurate and current
- Support digital marketing efforts, including campaign creatives, promotional material, and ad visuals
- Keep all digital media platforms updated with accurate, timely, and consistent information
- Track performance of posts, campaigns, and website traffic, and suggest improvements based on engagement data




- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels
- Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro a plus)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience managing or updating a company website (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar CMS) preferred
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and sense of visual aesthetics
- Valuable time management skills to consistently meet posting schedules and deadlines
- Basic understanding of analytics/insights tools on social platforms and website analytics is a plus

Nice to Have
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic copywriting skills for captions and ad copy
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor website edits

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
