About the Role Be the creative brain and face behind Yesmadam’s social feeds. We are looking for a high-energy creator who lives on Instagram and YouTube, loves being both behind and in front of the camera, and knows how to turn everyday salon-at-home moments into viral, thumb-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes content).
- Appear on camera when required to host, demo services, or participate in trend-driven video formats.
- Spot emerging social trends, viral audios, and memes, quickly adapting them to Yesmadam’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan the monthly content calendar.




- Engage with the audience in comments and DMs to build an active, loyal brand community.

Requirements

- Comfortable being on camera with a natural, engaging screen presence..
- Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- A public profile, portfolio, or links to personal/client creator work showcasing short-form video creation.
- High energy, rapid execution, and a genuine interest in the beauty and personal care industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
