Role & Responsibilities

- Drive organic growth across Instagram, Facebook & YouTube followers, reach and engagement.

- Identify, recruit and manage influencers/creators across fashion, lifestyle and beauty.

- Execute barter and paid collaborations, including outreach, negotiation and closure.

- Manage influencer seeding, product dispatch, briefs, deliverables and follow-ups.

- Build and maintain an influencer/creator database.

- Manage social media calendar, trends, Reels, comments, DMs and community engagement.

- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach and sales/conversions.

- Coordinate with content and performance marketing teams to maximize campaign results.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media & Influencer Marketing.

- Experience with fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle or D2C brands preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience in Instagram growth and influencer recruitment.





- Proven experience handling barter and paid collaborations.

- Strong negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.

- Good understanding of influencer analytics, engagement and social media trends.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and Google Sheets/Excel.

- Fluent in Hindi and good English.

- Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual social media growth numbers and influencer campaigns handled.
