Role Description The Social Media Growth Intern will support PPStack’s online presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, with a focus on audience growth and community engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in content calendars, writing and designing posts, monitoring trends, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align social media activities with brand objectives. The intern will interact with followers, respond to messages and comments,



and help identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement through campaigns and collaborations.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent online availability, proactive communication, and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube).
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Ability to use basic design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with analytics tools for social media insights.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset, with interest in EdTech, AI, and digital careers.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setting, with strong time management and collaboration skills.
