Daily Content Target: Create and publish 4–5 quality content pieces daily across relevant platforms. 2.

Daily News Updates: Stay completely up-to-date with daily news, trending topics, entertainment updates and relevant digital content. 3.

Content Calendar: Follow the monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution of planned content.

- Festival &
- Special-Day Promotions: Festival, national day, special occasion and campaign-related promotional videos must be planned in advance and given priority according to the content calendar. 5.

Social Media Activeness: Maintain consistent daily activity across all official social media platforms of Freizeit Media Pvt. Ltd. 6.

Podcast Management: Identify suitable guests, contact them, follow up and arrange podcast/interview schedules. 7.

Guest Database: Maintain an updated database of potential guests, including their profile, contact details and communication status. 8.

Content Production: Coordinate with the creative, camera and editing teams for scripting, shooting, editing, thumbnails and publishing. 9.

Trend Monitoring: Track daily trends, hashtags, viral formats and audience interests and convert relevant trends into content ideas. 10.

Platform Management: Ensure content is properly adapted and published on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and other active platforms. 11.

Performance Monitoring: Track views, reach, engagement, followers and watch time and identify high-performing content. 12.

Work Continuity: Personal reasons should not be treated as a reason to stop or discontinue assigned corporate work. Any genuine difficulty must be communicated to the reporting senior in advance and the work should be completed through proper coordination or handover. 13.

Daily Reporting: Maintain a daily record of content created, published, pending work,

Responsibilities 15. Manage 4–5 Social Media Platforms: Handle and maintain the daily activity of 4–5 official social media platforms of Freizeit Media Pvt. Ltd. 16.

Daily Posting: Ensure regular posting of reels, posts, videos, stories, news updates and promotional content.

- Replies: Monitor and respond to relevant comments, messages and audience queries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Likes &
- Engagement: Actively monitor likes, shares, saves, comments and other engagement metrics and work to improve audience interaction. 19.

Resharing: Identify relevant audience/user-generated content, mentions and opportunities for resharing to increase visibility and engagement. 20.

Stories: Maintain regular and engaging Instagram/Facebook Stories, including behind-the-scenes, updates, polls, promotions, news and trending content. 21.

Viral Content: Identify viral trends, sounds, formats, hashtags and topics and quickly adapt relevant trends into brand-appropriate content.

- Trend-Based Execution: Trending or time-sensitive content should be executed quickly while maintaining the brand image and content quality. 23.

Audience Growth: Focus on increasing followers, reach, engagement, views and overall digital presence across all managed platforms. 24.

Daily Monitoring: Check all platforms daily for notifications, comments, mentions, trends, viral opportunities and performance. 25.

Platform Performance: Maintain a monthly record of reach, views, engagement, followers, shares, saves and top-performing/viral content
