Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Visual Communication, or related field
- Relevant social media experience will also be considered

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content.
- Develop creative content based on jewellery products, offers, festivals, events and company activities.
- Plan and maintain a daily/weekly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, video and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities and new content formats.




- Monitor and report social media performance using platform analytics.
- Ensure all content follows company branding and communication standards.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong content-writing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / CapCut or similar editing tools.
- Creative thinking and valuable understanding of current social media trends.
