About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Video Content Intern with strong video editing skills and a good understanding of social media.

The role involves editing short-form content while also being part of the broader content process: content ideation, concept development, shoots, execution, and publishing . You will work closely with the social media and creative team to develop content for JNORSS.

Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content .
- Work with raw footage from shoots and turn it into engaging, well-paced content.
- Contribute to content ideas and concepts for the brand's social media.




- Participate in content shoots and production .
- Experiment with different hooks, cuts, pacing, music, transitions, text, and storytelling formats.

Requirements
- Strong video editing skills with a valuable understanding of short-form content .
- Ability to identify what makes content engaging and effective .
- Comfortable working with video editing tools such as CapCut, Instagram editing tools, or other editing software .
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, pop culture, and digital content.
- Creative approach and willingness to experiment with different content formats.

Good to Have
- Experience creating Reels or short-form content independently.
- Previous experience with shoots or content production.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- A portfolio of edited videos or social media content.

What You Will Work On You will be involved across the content process:

Concept & Ideation → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse

This includes working on JNORSS's social media content, participating in shoots, contributing to concepts, editing footage, and understanding how the content performs once it is published.
