Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for managing and growing EduralSkills’ presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with the company’s mission and programs. The role involves monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering an active community of learners and professionals.

Coordinator will collaborate with marketing and program teams to support campaign launches, promote courses and events, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and outreach. This position requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and a robust focus on audience engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and manage Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic content design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) is beneficial.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing, teaching, and operations teams.
- Prior experience in social media coordination, community management, or marketing for education or online learning platforms is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
