Kalcorp is looking for Supervisor - Civil to join our agile team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Project Oversight: Supervise and manage civil construction projects from start to completion, ensuring that they meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project

Construction Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets

Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution

Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure that it adheres to design specifications and quality standards

Safety Compliance: Enforce and maintain safety protocols,



ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines

Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues, challenges, and obstacles that may arise during construction

Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets and costs, including cost control and reporting

Contractor & Worker Management: Ensure that contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers are fulfilled in accordance with agreed terms and conditions

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of work, progress reports, and compliance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
