– Site Supervisor / Site Engineer | Real Estate

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional, polished, confident, and technically competent Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with proven experience in the Real Estate industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of site execution, construction activities, contractor coordination, quality control, measurements, materials, and project supervision.

The candidate must also possess an excellent personality, strong interpersonal skills, professional communication, and the ability to independently coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, workers, and senior management.

IMPORTANT – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

Candidates without prior Real Estate experience are requested NOT to apply.

Candidates from unrelated industries or candidates with only general engineering/site experience without relevant real estate exposure will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for real estate projects.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and progress at site.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour, and vendors.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned work.
- Monitor site progress and identify delays, discrepancies, or execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure work meets required quality and construction standards.
- Identify construction defects and coordinate timely rectification.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure proper discipline.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
- Escalate major technical, quality, or safety concerns to management.





Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Communicate site requirements and instructions clearly.
- Follow up with contractors regarding pending and ongoing work.
- Resolve routine site-level issues independently wherever possible.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate site inspections and visits by management and consultants.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Maintain records of measurements, work completion, materials, and site activities.
- Assist with quantity verification and contractor billing-related documentation.
- Maintain records of site instructions and project-related correspondence.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress and site requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in real estate construction, site execution, or project supervision.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction and site activities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, quality control, and execution.
- Strong contractor and labour management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site responsibilities.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge preferred.

Communication & Language Skills
- Strong and professional English communication
- Well-versed in Hindi and Marathi
- Ability to communicate clearly with contractors, workers, consultants, and management.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong reporting and coordination abilities.

Compensation ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant real estate experience, technical expertise, communication skills, personality, and overall suitability.
