Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Interior Design with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design. Candidates with hands-on experience in site execution and interior project supervision will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, and completing interior works as per approved designs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site execution activities.
- Ensure interior works are carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions as required.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
- Track project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timelines.




- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare regular updates/reports on site progress.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Prior experience in interior site execution/supervision will be an added advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, measurements, and execution methods.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong site management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
