KavinTech Corporation is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee and support civil construction activities at our project site in Doddaballapur.The ideal candidate should have basic experience in civil construction, site supervision, coordinating with contractors and labourers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and the project team.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the senior engineer.
- Assist with site measurements, surveys, material requirements, and quantity calculations.
- Ensure proper quality standards and construction practices are followed.
- Identify site-related issues, delays, or deviations and report them to the management.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and other project documentation.




- Travel to project locations whenever required.

Required Qualifications And Skills

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6 months of experience in civil construction, site engineering, or site supervision.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand civil drawings.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid problem-solving and planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to read and write Kannada.
- Must have a valid Driving Licence.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
