Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations at bioenergy project sites or manufacturing facilities. The position includes coordinating staff activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards, and maintaining quality control across all site processes.

The Site

Supervisor will manage schedules, allocate resources, and communicate with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of work. The role also involves resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate records and reports,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision or operations management, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, environmental compliance, and basic engineering or technical processes related to industrial plants.
- Skills in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution to effectively manage on-site personnel and contractors.
- Ability to interpret project plans and schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency with standard office and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software) and comfort working in a quick-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, environmental science, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement in operations.
- Flexibility to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
