Oversee day-to-day site operations of all assigned projects and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Should have knowledge of civil work and contemporary interior works, drawings, laminates, boards, ironmongery, etc.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate between clients and internal departments.
- Understand the technical requirements of the work and explain the same to others.
- Provide positive direction to motivate the team and maintain quality performance.
- Schedule projects according to completion dates and identify and overcome obstacles in advance.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project implementation and queries.
- Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and management.
- Minimum 3–4 site handling experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
