We are looking for a welcoming and energetic Site Visit Coordinator to represent our real estate township project in Gwalior. In this role, you will be the primary on-site face of our company, greeting prospective buyers, guiding them through the property, and providing explicit, engaging details about available plots to help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities 1) Greet walk-in clients and scheduled visitors warmly at the township site office.
- Conduct comprehensive site tours of the property, showcasing different plot sizes, layouts, and infrastructure.
- Explain key project highlights, including pricing, amenities, legal clearances, and future development potential.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage client inquiries and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain a clean, professional presentation of the site office and keep track of daily visitor logs.
