Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad India for a Site Manager.

The Site

Manager will oversee daily operations at assigned project locations, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating materials and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues.

The Site

Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining communication with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day site activities technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity.
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for each discipline.
- Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions,



and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.
- Communicate site requirements, constraints, and progress to stakeholders
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Track material deliveries, site inventory, and installation progress.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site management across glass, fit‑out, and joinery works.
- Strong knowledge of Glass types, hardware, and installation systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office, and basic project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
