We are looking for a responsible and reliable Site/Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at an assigned factory.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise production and ongoing work at the assigned factory
- Monitor workers and ensure work is carried out properly
- Manage daily site/factory activities and operations
- Coordinate with workers and the project team
- Identify and handle routine site-level issues
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations
