Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Execution Engineer – Piping to supervise and coordinate piping installation and execution activities at an industrial project site. The candidate will be responsible for piping execution, contractor coordination, quality checks, progress monitoring, and resolving site-related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise piping fabrication, erection, installation, and site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and interpret P&IDs;, piping layouts, GA drawings, isometrics, and piping support drawings.
- Coordinate piping activities including fit-up, welding, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for piping works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, QA/QC, engineering, and other site teams.
- Inspect piping installation, alignment, supports, welding, and material compliance as per approved standards.
- Coordinate hydro testing, pneumatic testing, flushing, pressure testing, and punch-point clearance.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications and resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
- Monitor contractor work, measurements, quantities,



and support billing and progress certification.
- Follow project quality, safety, and EHS requirements during all piping activities.

Qualification & Key Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in piping site execution, fabrication, and erection.
- Experience in industrial projects such as process plants, manufacturing plants, power, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of P&IDs;, piping isometrics, GA drawings, piping supports, and material specifications.
- Hands-on experience in piping fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in contractor and multidisciplinary site coordination.
- Positive command of both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at a project site in Dholera, Gujarat.
