Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Execution Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage civil construction activities for industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, progress monitoring, and coordination with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage civil site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Execute civil works including RCC, foundations, structural works, masonry, flooring, finishing, and other associated works.
- Review and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, engineers, and other site disciplines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
- Inspect completed and ongoing works for quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Coordinate concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, backfilling, and foundation activities.
- Monitor contractor measurements, quantities, work progress, and support billing verification.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications and resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and approved construction practices.

Qualification & Key Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in civil site execution and construction.
- Experience in industrial projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, structural works, and civil construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Experience in contractor management and multidisciplinary site coordination.
