Site Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire suitable sites as per project requirements.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate feasibility assessments.

- Negotiate with landowners, landlords, and brokers on rent and lease terms.

- Manage lease agreements, NOCs, approvals, and related documentation.

- Coordinate with legal, technical, finance, and project teams.

- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely acquisition.

- Maintain site records and provide regular MIS/status updates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, telecom, or infrastructure.

- Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Knowledge of local property markets and documentation.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
