JOB OPENING SITE ENGINEER

Position: Site Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 Years

Industry: Construction / Civil / Industrial / Commercial Projects

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Site Workers.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and work progress at the site.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, structural works, and other project activities.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of resources.




- Identify site issues and provide suitable solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain site records, work reports, photographs, and documentation.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant site engineering experience
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Construction Projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Ability to manage manpower and contractors.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month
