Experience Required

3–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential and/or commercial project

- Submit a Daily Site Report to the office every day.
- Record the site arrival time of the Site Engineer(s).
- Maintain daily labour attendance, including worker categories and attendance records.
- Report the number of workers present and their respective activities.
- Record the work being carried out and manpower assigned to each activity.
- Monitor and report the current site progress and work status.
- Maintain records of available material stock at the site.
- Provide advance information regarding materials required for upcoming works.
- Immediately report any site issues, delays, shortages, additional requirements, or changes to the office.
- Record details of all client, consultant, architect, contractor, or management visits, including instructions and decisions made.
- Take and submit daily site photographs showing the progress of work.




- Ensure photographs of material deliveries clearly show the material received, quantity, vehicle number, and unloading status.
- Report any additional expenses or charges before they are incurred or committed.
- Ensure all site records, reports, and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.

Key Requirement The Site Engineer must maintain strict and timely communication with the office regarding all site activities, changes, expenses, materials, labour, and project progress. Failure to maintain proper reporting and records may affect project approvals, material arrangements, and expense settlements.

Candidate Preference

Preference will be given to candidates from Thrissur and those residing within a 20 km radius of the project/site location.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
