Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Interior Design to oversee the execution of interior works at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site.

- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.

- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.

- Monitor the quality and progress of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.

- Take site measurements and verify quantities as required.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

- Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.

- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain necessary site documentation.





- Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and design changes.

- Ensure proper finishing and workmanship as per company standards.

- Monitor adherence to safety practices and site discipline.

- Support project handover by ensuring all works and rectifications are completed within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.

- Good knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and site execution.

- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.

- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
