– Site Engineer

Role Summary The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing F&B; projects in office, ensuring that designs are translated into reality with precision, compliance, and efficiency. They act as the bridge between architects, contractors, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution
- Oversee construction, fit-outs, and installations at outlet with kitchens.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Quality & Compliance
- Monitor site activities to comply with FSSAI, HACCP, fire safety, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordination
- Liaise with architects, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.
- Report progress, risks,



and deviations to Project Manager.
- Technical Oversight
- Verify MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment installation.
- Ensure food chain compliance and food safety infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7 years in site execution, preferably in F&B;, hospitality, or retail.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and vendor coordination.
