We are looking for a Civil Engineer Trainee with a degree in Civil Engineering to join our team and gain practical experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Antartis Developers Private Limited is a leading builder company known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer Trainee to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in supervising in office civil and structural works related to villa construction.
- Support the execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Learn to read and interpret structural drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and construction details.
- Assist with site layout, setting out, and levelling as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with civil subcontractors, steel fixers, masons, and concrete suppliers under the guidance of senior engineers.




- Assist in quality control inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, material tracking, and inspection logs.
- Assist senior engineers with scheduling and planning site activities to achieve project deadlines.
- Attend site meetings and provide necessary updates to senior engineers and project managers.
- Develop practical knowledge and hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and construction management.
- Learn and understand construction procedures, materials, tools, and site practices through regular guidance and supervision.
- Perform other site-related duties as assigned by senior engineers or project managers.
