WE’RE HIRING | SITE ENGINEER – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Position: Site Engineer – Civil

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our building construction site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Check quality of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, architects and consultants.
- Monitor manpower, material usage and daily work progress.
- Take measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure construction work is completed within the planned timelines.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.




- Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding project progress, delays and site requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in building construction/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
- Strong site supervision and contractor-management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Building construction experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Mohali.
