Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction work, including excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, structural works, and finishing.

- Interpret drawings and specifications and explain technical requirements to supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.

- Set out and verify dimensions, levels, coordinates, and alignments using surveying instruments.

- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to resolve site issues.

- Plan labor, materials, equipment, and daily activities to meet the construction schedule.

- Prepare quantity estimates, material requests, measurements, and subcontractor work records.





- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Maintain site documentation, including inspection requests, method statements, checklists, test reports, and as-built records.

- Enforce health and safety requirements and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices.

- Identify technical problems and recommend practical solutions while minimizing delays and rework.

- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
